We've rolled out another round of updates to make Dig One even smoother to use. From UI refreshes to new audience availability and export improvements, here's what's new.

🇬🇭 Ghana is now available in the Audience Marketplace

We've expanded our Audience Marketplace with Ghana for English-language studies, giving you access to even more respondents across global markets.

💡 If there is ever a country that you are looking for that is not currently available on the platform, please reach out to us and we will be happy to assist!

💬 Refreshed tooltips across the platform

Tooltips throughout Dig One have been updated with a cleaner, more modern look. They now feature a white background instead of grey, making them easier to read while maintaining a consistent experience across the app.

📋 Templates are now easier to access

We've made it quicker to add both Study Templates and Audience Templates to your study.

Instead of accessing templates from the three-dot menu in the top navigation, template actions are now available directly from the top-right corner of the Create and Launch tabs. This makes it easier to apply or save templates exactly where you're working, reducing clicks and improving discoverability.

Whether you're building your study or preparing it for launch, your template options are now right where you need them.

🌍 Updated Batch Translation experience

The Batch Edit Translation modal has been redesigned with a cleaner layout and improved visual hierarchy, making it easier to manage translation workflows and see the available audience languages at a glance.

📄 Word exports now include Randomize information

If Randomize options is enabled for a question, this will now be clearly indicated in Word exports, making it easier to review survey logic and share documentation with stakeholders.

📱 Improved small-screen experience

We've refreshed the message shown when Dig One is accessed on smaller screens. The updated design provides clearer guidance and a more polished experience for users who attempt to access features that work best on desktop.

As always, we're continuously improving Dig One based on your feedback. Stay tuned for more updates next month!
